Noodles, Healthy Or Not?

Image
Okay, we all know noodles is a fast food especially when we quickly need to fix something to eat but is it healthy? Noodles is made from flour dough, rolled flat and cut into strings. Noodles contain saturated fats which if consumed excessively or regularly can raise the level of cholesterol in the blood. High cholesterol can increase the risk of diabetes as well as heart disease. Therefore, eat noodles less or abstain from it as too much of it is harmful to the body. I pity those people who eat it as breakfast in the morning, you had better stop and look for substitute.
